Complete Coffee Traceability from Indonesian Farms

At Wira Sarwa Asurya (PT Satria Laksamana Segoro), transparency is more than a promise — it’s the foundation of our export process. Every green coffee lot is traceable from smallholder farmers to your roastery, complete with verified records of origin, processing, and certification such as Geographical Indication (GI), varietal registration, and cupping documentation.

Why Traceability Matters for Coffee Roasters

Global roasters today demand more than just flavor — they seek ethical sourcing, verified sustainability, and authentic origin data. Our traceability system bridges that need, ensuring every buyer receives credible, data-backed transparency that strengthens long-term trust.

Quality Verification

Each Arabica and Robusta lot is documented with detailed records of origin, altitude, varietal, and processing method — ensuring consistency, traceable quality, and lower risk for specialty buyers.

Sustainable Sourcing

Every verified lot supports local farmers and environmental balance. Our traceability promotes responsible practices such as sun-drying, selective hand-picking, and low-water processing across Indonesian origins.

Transparency & Trust

Full visibility from farm to export documentation. Buyers can access verified data on producer group, harvest period, and logistics chain — reinforcing credibility and traceable sourcing for international importers.

Our 4-Step Traceability Process

From Indonesian farms to international shipments, our traceability approach ensures every coffee lot carries a clear and verifiable record of its journey — from origin to export preparation.

1. Farmer & Community Sourcing

Coffee cherries are collected from smallholder groups across Temanggung, Pasuruan, Lampung, and Aceh Gayo. Each delivery is recorded to maintain transparency and support traceable sourcing from farm to mill.

Transparency begins at the farm gate with verified origin notes.

2. Processing Documentation

Traditional drying and fermentation stages are documented with detailed records on methods, duration, and quality checkpoints. This ensures consistency from cherry to green bean.

Documentation preserves both quality and traceability integrity.
Coffee Lot Identification and Sample Tracking

3. Lot Identification & Sampling

Each coffee lot receives a unique internal code linking it to specific regions, farmer groups, and varietals. Samples are taken for cup evaluation to ensure quality consistency before export readiness.

Simple labeling connects each lot to its local origin and farmer network.
Coffee Export Documentation and Certification

4. Documentation & Export Preparation

Before export, each shipment is supported by available documents such as origin statements, moisture analysis, and when applicable, Geographical Indication or cupping records issued by local institutions.

Verified records and documentation strengthen buyer confidence.
